
2005 Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Ynez Valley

The east side of the Santa Ynez Valley is where we found these grapes to make this crisp wine. 100 % Stainless steel fermented. Clear and brilliant soft golden color shows a bit of depth and on the nose is laced with apricots, peaches and citrus. Upon sipping the wine is just as you would expect of a fine Sauvignon Blanc with crispness and citrus holding court as pineapple and dried apricots wander in. The best seafood, Chinese and sushi wine pairings will happen with this delightful wine.
