2003 Syrah, Colson Canyon Vineyard, Santa Barbara County

Only 50 cases available at the Olive House (our tasting room)

Very Select barrel aging. These grapes were purchased from one of the top Syrah producing vineyards tucked back in the warm hills to the East of Orcutt. The wine result is a deeply rich, clove and violet nose with deep earth and spices coming through. on the palette the wine is medium bodied with definite weight but with velvety dark fruits and tannins encapsulating your mouth. The wine lingers with sweet spices and calm pepper.
